Job Description:

Works with all company business units and related third parties to complete analysis of business processes or applications. Translates and documents the business needs into user stories for software development to maximize the value of a product or service. Required Skills:

  1. Expert knowledge of trends & patterns of core Azure infrastructure, especially as it relates to how our customers adopt these technologies and evolve.
  2. Strong understanding of common cloud infrastructure workload scenarios (i.e. Windows and Linux IaaS, BCDR, Security, Management, Storage, Networking, OSS, containers and Infra)
  3. Experience in migration or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud. A basic understanding of specialized workloads such as SAP, VMWare, and Virtual Desktop is desirable.
  4. Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
  5. Knowledge of business process design concepts and process improvement techniques
  6. Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
  7. Strong written and verbal presentation skills

Responsibilities:

  1. Facilitates communication and collaboration with internal and external customers as a Scrum Product Owner and provides results to senior
  2. Responsible for verifying with user representatives and stakeholders that use case and process models accurately portray specific business needs while and ensures completed work aligns with project scope.
  3. Performs analysis on new business initiatives through collaboration with Executive and Business Sponsors, technical and shared business teams and ensures the business stakeholder’s strategic vision is clear to the software development
  4. Works with stakeholders and architects to define the sets of high level Features for Epic-level new opportunities
  5. Negotiate conflicting priorities among multiple stakeholders to ensure the software development team has a single prioritized list of work to
  6. Other duties as
  7. Gather requirements and priorities from several stakeholders and sort stories in an overall priority for the portfolio. This includes business requirements and internal tech debt/maintenance items.
  8. Confer with personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures.
  9. Develop and implement records management program for filing, protection, and retrieval of records, and assure compliance with program.
  10. Review forms and reports and confer with management and users about format, distribution, and purpose, and to identify problems and improvements.
  11. Interview personnel and conduct on-site observation to ascertain unit functions, work performed, and methods, equipment, and personnel used.
  12. Document findings of study and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes.
  13. Prepare manuals and train workers in use of new forms, reports, procedures or equipment, according to organizational policy.
  14. Design, evaluate, recommend, and approve changes of forms and reports.
  15. Plan study of work problems and procedures, such as organizational change, communications, information flow, integrated production methods, inventory control, or cost analysis. design and implementation.

Qualification:

  1. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrations, Project Management or an equivalent combination of education.
  2. 5+ years of business systems analysis and strategy design or related experience.
  3. Successful prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously working independently or in a team environment.
  4. Proven ability to analyze and interpret data to identify areas of opportunities.
  5. Other relevant experience in a related technical field (application development, deployment/implementation and infrastructure)
