Job Description:

This role will be personally involved in leading the designing, configuring the business requirements & features that enable our mission critical business partners. You will work closely with our finance, operation, product engineering teams, as well as within IT teams to help enable new business scenarios and mange AR and AP and enable end to end financial reconciliations within SAP BRIM as well as the ECC systems. At the same time you will learn to enable flexible and high-performing Business Process Monitoring Solutions, automated testing solutions and other cutting-edge engineering services with modern engineering tools and applications. This is a data-driven and fast paced environment – where Software Engineer (SAP CM/CI/RMCA expert) are empowered to innovate and take ideas from conception to scale. 

Required Skills:

1. Experience with a variety of SDLC methodologies specifically: Waterfall project execution and SCRUM/agile approaches
2. Previous or current development experience using ABAP, Java, .NET or any other programming language.
3. Previous or current experience with SAP Convergent Mediatio
4. Experience in administration of ECC, BI, GRC and CRM. Working experience in CRM on Demand preferred.
5. Well versed with administration and support of Vertex software. Should have hands-on experience with SAP integration, upgrades etc.
6. Knowledge of working in heterogeneous environment.
7. Experience in SAP Correction and Transport System and overview of SAP Security management.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate continuously with a global team of Program Managers, Software Engineering and our Business Users and stakeholders to clearly articulate business outcomes and objectives and to define KPIs and measure reliability, availability and performance of our services including internal services and external integrations.
2. Collaborate with Program Management: work on demand intake and prioritization with business and partners, coordinate work estimation, project planning and execution, risk mitigation and communication for service delivery.
3. Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Dev, Test and support teams in analyzing requirements, proposing designs, developing specs, and driving the designs to completion through virtual team leadership across PM, Dev, Test and Support to meet business outcomes and objectives.
4. Design and configure SAP OTC solutions and SD/Dassian integrations to enable the desired business processes for Microsoft Online Commerce services.
5. Engage partner engineering leads and business partners; effectively building a ‘trusted advisor’ relationship with these teams through consistent on-time, on-budget and high-quality delivery.
6. Build and operate the services in a SAP Devops Environment.
7. Be Compliant – ensure team’s activities adhere to strict SOX controls related to SDLC.
8. Champion – advocate, mentor and help mature team members in the Scrum Agile Framework, its related Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and lead the engineering team through agile development and release cycles.

Qualification:

1. A bachelor’s degree in Telecom/Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics discipline.
2. 5+ years of hands on SAP ERP Implementation experience on large scale projects for enterprise businesses, SAP SD, Dassian, FICA, RAR.

7+ years of experience working in a large-scale organization driving collaboration across multiple disciplines and teams.
