Job Description:
Program Delivery Senior Consultant is responsible for successful operation delivery within the customer projects. He heads the project delivery engagement for digital business transformation, business analytics services and focus on improving the overall customer journey process. He further advises the Management, Pre-sales and Project Realization Team in delivering the services to the expected quality level and further supports to strengthen the project risk and quality management. Of particular importance is the authority to escalate processes and projects related decisions, if project requirements have not been met. The Program Delivery Senior consultant is member with equal rights of the senior program manager and reports professionally to the PMO head in the Organization.
Required Skills:
- Reducing lead time between orders to cash,
- OPEX reduction through saving initiatives,
- Reducing product lead time to market (TTM) through Agile methods (Scrum, XP and Kanban)
- Increasing internal efficiency and productivity
- Product Lifecycle Management and Customer Lifecycle Management
- Product Development Methodology,
- Quality Management Systems (In IT and Telco organization)
- OSS, BSS, Radio and Core Networks Managed service delivery
- ISO 9001:2015 standards
- SEI-CMMI (Staged & Continuous),
- TL 9000, 6-Sigma, Agile & Lean Implementation,
- CRISP-DM for analytics projects
- Internal Control standards like ISO 27001, ISO 31000 and SOX (EWC practices)
- Agile and Data Driven organization model and Risk maturity assessment
Responsibilities:
- Monitor digital transformation programs and ensure that they meet their goals and requirements
- Early identify and manage potential risks and issues
- Facilitate complex programs involving multiple teams
- Drive improvements of program and project management practice including processes, policies, tools, templates and trainings
- Oversees the work of project management staff to ensure adherence to PMO guidelines
- Drive the standardization of tools and processes for project delivery
- Provide transparency and visibility of the status of projects by implementing tools and standards
- Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and propose solutions.
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrations, Project Management or an equivalent combination of education.
- 5+ years of experience in IT SW Development and telecommunication projects and programs management (PM/ PMO/ QM Role)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum Master)
- Project Management certification, Scrum Master, or equivalent
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Tools and good presentation skills
- Experience working for large and established global ICT companies
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience of working with cross functional team in different geo-locations.
